BANKRUPTCY AUCTION - The Auction Group presents at auction the assets of Kary Builders. This auction features a beautiful solid wood desk, credenza and reception center along with a marvelous 10 person dining room table and chairs. Other items include a like new stainless steel side by side refridgerator with ice and water in the door, a new stainless steel range, a 20 cu.ft. white top freezer refridgerator with ice maker, cubicle dividers, desks, chairs, and miscellaneous building supplies. We have a complete kitchen cabinet, Maple Finish, set featuring: lazy susan corner unit, pots and pans pull out base unit, Corian counter top and stainless steel under counter sink, along with an island unit with solid surface counter top. These were used for display purposes only and are in like new condition. You have to see them to appreciate them. Other items include area rugs, 8' folding tables, 175w commercial outdoor lighting units, and miscellaneous other items.

The Auction Group presents a combination auction of Personal Property, Office Equipment and Restaurant Equipment. This auction is being conducted in conjunction with the bankruptcy auction of the assets of Kary Builders. The complete inventory is shown on the attachments.

This auction features excellent office equipment from the assets of the former American Home Mortgage Company, surplus restaurant equipment from Barnstormer Enterprises and wonderful collectibles from the personal property from the living estate of the Goodmans.

The selection of office equipment includes some wonderful solid wood desks, executive chairs, side chairs, conference tables and miscellaneous office supplies and equipment.
Among the surplus restaurant equipment are some excellent tables and chairs and other top quality restaurant equipment.

In the personal property you will find roseville pottery and beautiful collectibles from the Franklin and Danbury Mints including automobile reproduction models and marvelous Harley Davidson collectible knives. We also have a beautiful airbrush hand-painted Harley Davidson fuel tank featuring an Indian and dessert scene.
Terms of payment: Balance is due at the conclusion of the sale. Payment may be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal and company checks, and cash.

Buyer's Premium: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid price.
